GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The aconno acnSENSA is a programmable Bluetooth 5 Low Energy Multi Sensor Beacon

The acnSENSA is targeting developers and advanced developers. It comes with a basic reference firmware delivering measurements for the provided sensors:

  • Thermometer/ Temperature Sensor
  • Light intensity sensor
  • Barometer/ Air pressure
  • Moisture/ Humidity sensor
  • Magnetometer
  • Accelerometer
  • Full Gyroscope

It comes in a very solid IP65 rated casing together with a CR2450 Battery.

Same as all other aconno products it’s featuring a Tag-Connect interface and can be (re-)programmed. e.g. using aconno’s ACNPROG.

Sensor ranges:

  • Temperature (-10 to +85 Degree Celsius)
  • Light intensity (up to  1000 Lux)
  • Air Pressure (50 kPa to 115 kPa)
  • Moisture/ Humidity (0 – 90 % relative Humidity)
  • Magnetism (+/- 15 Gauss)
  • Angular speed (+/- 2000Grad/s)
  • Acceleration (for 3 Axis, +/- 16g)

Best you also make use of the aconno Sensorics APP – you can find it in Google Play store. It delivers a real-time view on the sensor data and can act as a gateway to connect to different clouds (Cumulocity, Google IoT Cloud) per MQTT or Rest.

The aconno acnSENSA is based on the aconno ACN52832

NOTE: because of the high sealing quality of the acnSENSA you will have a higher latency on pressure and temperature. If you want to better results and also benefit of moisture you will need to drill an opening fitting with your needs.
